Background

The Society’s mission is the introduction of telemedicine and creation of e-Healthnetwork in Kenya for the aim of providing National medical community and the generalpopulation with a rapid, reliable and cost effective way of healthcare delivery services,medical education including research, development, practical application andsupplementary training to promote National health telematics particularly telemedicineand e-Health. The Telehealth covers all aspects of Telemedicine, eHealth and mHealth.
eHealth is the use of ICT in Health care delivery, while mHealth uses mobile technology (ICT) in health care delivery.
